Vertu Volkswagen Hereford Renewals HubWe have an exciting opportunity to join our brilliant team in our Vertu Volkswagen Hereford Renewals Hub as a Renewals Advisor on a peremenant contract. This is one of the most critical roles in the Division and we are looking for a dedicated individual looking for a new challenge to join this expanding team.We are offering a basic salary of 322,000 and an OTE up to 336,500 plus a range of company benefits!For this role, you will be responsible for pro-actively contacting our existing customers by phone, video call, email, SMS or letter, to encourage them to visit our dealerships to renew their vehicle and booking appointments for them at the relevant Audi and Volkswagen dealer. The Renewals Advisor role is key to the companys finance renewal process and ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
