The Repairs Team are responsible for the repairs and maintenance of our properties, as part of providing safe and secure homes. The Repairs Administrator role will focus on supporting the repairs team in delivering a customer focussed high quality repairs and maintenance service.
This role will help ensure that we maintain the efficiency and quality of the repair and maintenance operations.
The job holder will report to the Repairs Team Manager and will assist with repairs, fleet, job management system and associated repairs programming platform thus aiding efficient service delivery. administration.
This role requires an understanding of technical and operational processes, contributing significantly to service delivery, resident satisfaction, operational effectiveness and ultimately contributing to achieving our mission and vision.
A day in the life:
Respond to enquiries from sub-contractors and internal staff
Raise OOH jobs that have been attended and arrange payment
Arrange any follow-on work (FOW) required according to sub-contractor's reports
Liaise with Repairs Service Managers (RSM) for decisions on job quotes
Raise jobs on request and ensure inspection reports are available
Check the notice of completions (NOC) daily and review reports
Keep job statuses up to date and ensure rejected jobs are cancelled
Liaise with other teams as required
Assist with complaints and Member Enquiry
Use Dynamics CRM to review complaints tracker and assign complaints to responsible team
Assist with Member Enquiry investigation
Assist with fleet and repairs programming platform related enquiries

Support the organisation to improve its customer service delivery through demonstrating Think Customer value at all times
You:
Have experience with sub-contractor management.
Be commercially aware.
Worked in Social Housing.
Experience responding to queries from sub-contractors and internal stakeholders, and closing down queries.
Confident reviewing practical reports.
Experience dealing with fleet management.
Have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
