We are a growing, ambitious property management company managing a varied portfolio of high-quality residential and mixed-use developments across Scotland. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator to take ownership of operational aspects of our portfolio, ensuring compliance, repairs, and maintenance are managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate reactive repairs and planned maintenance across the portfolio
Ensure legislative compliance, maintaining accurate records of inspections, certifications, and safety checks
Manage contractors: schedule works, monitor performance, and negotiate rates
Track tasks, workloads, and deadlines to ensure smooth operations
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to processes and service delivery
Support reporting and provide operational insights to senior management
Skills & Experience
Background in property management, facilities management, building, or construction
Strong organisational skills and excellent follow-through
Experience managing contractors and maintenance workflows
Proactive problem-solver with initiative to improve processes
Knowledge of relevant legislation, compliance, and health & safety requirements
Competent with property management software (CPL, Proptimo, or similar)
Driving licence preferred but not essential
