Our Home Maintenance Services Special Projects Team are seeking a new Repairs Team Leader who will be responsible for ensuring repairs related schedules of work and damp and mould remediation works are carried out effectively, to a high standard and within timescales.
We'll need you to have a BTEC/ HNC in Building studies (or equivalent experience and be willing to work towards) as well as a strong awareness of legislation governing the construction / building industry. You will understand what it takes to deliver high levels of performance from the direct team you manage and the supporting contractors you instruct.
You'll need to thrive working in a fast paced, busy environment and be able to manage and prioritise a varied workload, from managing colleagues, to responding to complaints, ensuring works comply with regulatory and legal requirements, solving materials queries, measuring and ordering materials and much, much more.
