The Role

The role of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Reporting & Analytics, working closely with the Finance Business Partnering team and wider business at senior leadership levels, to support the delivery of robust financial forecasts and long-term plans through coordination and oversight to the forecast and planning process.

You will:

  • Apply commercial acumen and financial reporting and analysis expertise to support insight, understanding and challenge to the business in relation to performance and key performance drivers
  • Prepare clear, concise and insightful Executive Summary performance reporting, analytics and commentary
  • Develop financial planning, reporting and analytics tools to increase efficiency, analytic capability and insight
  • Provide ad-hoc consolidated analysis and insight to support decision making
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK07 and is offered on a full time permanent basis, with at least two days based in our Southampton office

About You

Fresh ideas and different perspectives are what excite us most and help us to succeed. Alongside bringing these to the role, you\'ll also need:
  • Relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience of a management reporting, planning or analytics function
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate alongside co-ordinating inputs from multiple functions efficiently
  • Ability to work unsupervised and deliver high quality work to tight deadlines
  • Commercial awareness / business knowledge
  • Excellent analysis and presentation skills
