Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Requirements Manager to oversee and manage the requirements for our IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, systems engineering and network infrastructure, with expertise in server management, information security, and disaster recovery. This role requires excellent analytical and organisational skills, as well as the ability to lead a team effectively.

Duties



Develop and manage project requirements documentation, ensuring clarity and completeness. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and define requirements for IT systems. Oversee the implementation of ITIL best practices within the organisation. Provide technical support and guidance on server management, network security, and disaster recovery strategies. Supervise team members and coordinate project management activities to ensure timely delivery of objectives. Conduct regular analysis of project . Maintain documentation related to software development processes and procedures. Facilitate communication between technical teams and management to ensure alignment on project goals. Manage network support tasks including DHCP, firewall configurations, and remote access software. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in IT service delivery.

Skills



Proficient in server management, network engineering, and desktop support. Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Linux environments, AWS, Azure, and SQL databases. Familiarity with Cisco routers, LAN/WAN configurations, and network infrastructure design. Competent in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Jira for project management tasks. Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising teams effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations quickly. Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across departments. Time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
