Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Requirements Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in defining, documenting, and managing software requirements throughout the development lifecycle. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to ensure that project goals align with stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for software applications. Create detailed requirement specifications that are clear, concise, and comprehensive. Facilitate discussions and workshops to elicit requirements from users and technical teams. Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all changes are documented. Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively. Conduct regular reviews of requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any changes promptly. Assist in the testing process by defining acceptance criteria and validating that solutions meet the specified requirements.

Skills

Experience with front-end development technologies and frameworks. Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub and SVN. Knowledge of application development methodologies including .NET and RESTful APIs. Understanding of cloud services such as AWS and Azure. Experience working in Linux environments is advantageous. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable documentation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration across teams. Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL is preferred. Knowledge of VBA for automation tasks would be beneficial.
