We're looking for a Research Technician to join our customer`s Global Cell Bank team in Cambridge. This fully operational, lab-based role supports cell culture activities and ensures smooth weekend operations (Friday-Monday) as part of our 7-day science initiative.

As a

Research Technician

, you'll be at the heart of our cell culture operations, supporting cutting-edge research and ensuring our labs never miss a beat.

What You'll Do



Perform routine

cell culture and banking

Support tissue culture by providing live cultures (Flasks/Plates) for screening Cultivate

HEK293, CHO, and ExpiSF9

cell lines for recombinant protein expression workflows (transfection, feed, harvest) Prepare reagents and media, aliquoting as needed Conduct QC testing and data analysis Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards Deliver seamless handovers to keep operations smooth

What We're Looking For



Degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent lab experience

Hands-on

expertise in

cell and tissue culture

and aseptic techniques Familiarity with IT systems and Microsoft Office tools Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills
