The TRANSFORM Discovery and National Prostate Cancer Bio-Digital Twin is part of the national prostate screening study TRANSFORM, funded by PCUK and NIHR. We will capture digital data & undertake biospecimen capture from the TRANSFORM trial for (i) biomarker testing at scale and pace, (ii) translational & discovery science and (iii) the simulation of in silico trials to inform clinical care.
