UCL Institute of Cardiovascular Science (ICS) is based in the Faculty of Population Health Sciences. ICS aims to stimulate interdisciplinary working across the School of Life and Medical Sciences (SLMS) its research is broad, spanning discovery-based laboratory science, clinical translation and experimental medicine, as well as healthcare evaluation, implementation and policy. About the role

For an exciting project on the role of the enzyme ADAMTS7 in atherosclerosis we are recruiting a research technican to help out with the laboratory work. The laboratory has a strong background in enzyme structure/function research, protein biochemistry and studies of protease function. We are collaborating with labs with expertise in atherosclerosis, medicinal chemistry and proteomics.
About you

Applicants must have a BSc in life sciences or an equivalent qualification. They must have experience as a research technician/assistant in a laboratory. Candidates must have the ability to efficiently organise their work, communicate effectively and work well in a team.
