This post offers an exciting opportunity to join a research group lead by Professor Mariya Moosajee focused on understanding ocular development and genetic diseases of the eye. The group uses zebrafish and cell models, such as iPSC-derived retinal organoids, to further our understanding of how genes affect eye formation and retinal function. The research involves generating and characterising disease models, and testing new potential therapies, which can be translated back to patients in the future. This post will be based in the Institute of Ophthalmology at the University College London.
