THE ROLE
We're looking for a Research Technician who is passionate about precise data, hands-on experimentation, and long-term innovation. You'll play a key role in developing and testing our breakthrough technologies, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners to rapidly advance ideas into real-world solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run experiments and generate accurate, reliable scientific data
- Analyse and present results to the team
- Support and optimise domestic prototypes, identifying improvements
- Solve practical problems with minimal supervision
- Stay on top of relevant research and technical literature
- Create graphs, tables, and clear scientific reports
- Maintain excellent safety and environmental standards
ABOUT YOU
You're curious, proactive, and motivated by positive change. You enjoy hands-on research, working collaboratively, and communicating scientific insights clearly. You thrive in a team of innovators and bring strong attention to detail, a logical approach to problem-solving, and an interest in sustainability and technology.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- BSc in a relevant scientific discipline
- Experience as a Research Technician (desirable)
- Practical lab experience and confidence following strict methodologies
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to varied audiences
- Teamworking skills, commercial awareness, and a willingness to keep learning
