House of Gods is currently recruiting for an exceptional Reservations Agent to join our Sales & Revenue team.

As Reservations Agent you will be one of the key parts of the guest journey, ensuring that their every desire is prepared to be met before they even know they want it. We don't sell hotel rooms, we deliver dreams, and you're the one who brings it them to life.

Working with the Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for:

Contacting all bookings made to offer services and upgrades Hotel pre-arrival calls Answering phone queries Answering e-mail and social media queries Making reservations Taking payments Reporting on sales and conversion Shift pattern is 0900 - 1700, 1300 - 2100, 1500 - 2300 or 1700 - 2300 as part of a seven days a week operation. As such regular weekend work is required
Ideally, you will be:

Self-starter - Being self-directed and self-motivated From a hotel front/reservations office used to delivering exceptional customer service at a 4 plus level
used to using PMS systems such as MEWS (which we use) or similar used to F&B Reservations systems such as Opentable (which we use) or similar Have an excellent command of the English language and a naturally like-able manner Have a disciplined, systematic approach to work Good fun to be around and enjoy being part of a tight knit team Knowledgable in what we do at House of Gods, whether it's through our social, website or guest review sites
