We are currently seeking for an exceptional Reservations Manager at our 4 star hotel to oversee the entire booking process at the hotel, ensuring an efficient, accurate, and customer-focused operation. This role is responsible for managing the reservations, maximizing room revenue, and delivering a seamless booking experience to guests while maintaining alignment with hotel policies and revenue goals.



Key Responsibilities:



o?Manage all aspects of the reservation process including handling inquiries, processing bookings, confirming reservations, and resolving any discrepancies or issues.

o?Collaborate with the Sales, Revenue Management, and Front Office teams to ensure optimal room inventory management and pricing strategies.

o?Monitor and maintain accuracy and availability of room inventory across all distribution channels and booking platforms.

o?Forecast booking trends and provide reports on reservations activity, occupancy levels, and revenue projections.

o?Implement upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue per booking.

o?Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party travel agents, tour operators, and online travel agencies (OTAs).

o?Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards within the reservations department.

o?Review and improve reservations procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements



o?Proven experience in hotel reservations management, preferably in 4-star or luxury hotel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o?Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), excel and reservation software.

o?Good analytical and organisational skills.

o?Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

o?Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-28,000.00 per year
