We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized individual to join our team as a
Reservations & Administrative Coordinator
. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Flexibility is key for this part time position with additional hours available when business requires.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling guest inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online platforms.
Ensuring all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently.
Assisting with administrative tasks to support office operations.
Liaising with guests to provide a seamless experience from booking to departure.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Managing records, maintaining databases, and handling general office duties.
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
A customer-focused approach with outstanding communication abilities.
Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or administrative support is beneficial.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in office software and reservation systems is a plus.
Candidates must have their own means of transport, as public transport is not a feasible option for commuting to our location.
