KINGSMILLS HOTEL , INVERNESS - PART-TIME RESERVATIONIST



24 hours Per week - Fixed days Thursday, Friday and one other day with one Saturday per month.



Position to start in January 2026



The Kingsmills Hotel Group consists of the luxury 4-star Kingsmills and 5-star Ness Walk hotels. Located in the Scottish Highland capital of Inverness, we have an outstanding reputation for warm hospitality

We are currently seeking a Part-time Reservationist to join our current Team. You will be working within a busy office being manned between the hours of 09.00am-18.00pm (Saturday 09.00-17.00pm), fixed days of Thursday and Friday plus one other day and usually one Saturday per month.

Key Responsibilities -



Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms. Provide detailed information about accommodations, amenities, and services offered. Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met throughout the booking process. Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information in the system. Handle changes or cancellations of reservations professionally and courteously. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay. Stay informed about local attractions and events to provide recommendations to guests.

Skills Required



Strong background in hospitality, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Excellent phone etiquette, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times. Proven ability to provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Familiarity with hotel operations and reservation systems is an advantage. Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail in managing bookings and guest information.

We are looking for a strong candidate who has previous experience within a Front Desk/Reservations Role.
