About our business:

The Sonas Collection is an award winning, family owned and operated business, comprised of four boutique period properties that have been wonderfully renovated and cared for.

Our main purpose is to deliver warm "Highland Hospitality" to our guests, create great opportunities for our employees and make a difference in our local rural communities.

About the role:

As the Reservations Agent, you will work closely with the central support teams, the operations teams and the hotel management teams to ensure clear and accurate booking records and answering guest enquiries in a timely manner.

Alternatively, remote working in the UK may be possible, though we would expect that the successful candidate spend the initial induction period at one of our properties in the first instance.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities:

Answer company phone lines in a timely manner.

Process guest enquiries whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Provide information to guests regarding the local areas of our hotels.

Process payments accurately and in a timely manner.

Answer all emails in a timely manner, escalating any emails to the relevant people.

Key requirements for this role:

Previous experience in a similar role advantageous.

Fantastic communication skills.

Computer literate, including working knowledge of all Microsoft Office systems.

Reslynx experience desirable.

Valid right to work within the United Kingdom.

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is 12.80 per hour, plus commission based pay.

A typical working week is based on a minimum of 40 hours per week (5 days over 7).
