RESERVATIONS & SALES ADVISOR

WHAT WE EXPECT:




Responsible for handling inbound enquiries and managing our bookings systems Communicating with our clientele daily via phone/email/social media platforms. Meeting customer needs and maximising venue earning potential. Working alongside the venue and operations team to ensure clear communication Delving into pro-active sales and outreach when required to identify and contact potential corporate customers Based at The Office, LS16 - You must be able to reliably commute
