We are looking for a Reservations Lead to help support the Reservations Manager in the effective daily operation of visitor bookings, ensuring a seamless process and the highest level of service delivery.



As a key point of support within the team, the Reservations Lead provides day-to-day guidance and oversight to ensure all reservations are managed accurately, efficiently, and in line with departmental standards. Every visitor interaction should embody the values and reputation of St Andrews Links - the Home of Golf.



In addition to operational responsibilities, the Reservations Lead collaborates closely with the Reservations Manager to maintain and enhance booking systems and related platforms. This includes:

Identifying and implementing opportunities for process and system improvements. Supporting the rollout of system developments and updates. Ensuring team members receive appropriate training and remain compliant with updated procedures.


By upholding exceptional operational standards and fostering a supportive, high-performing team environment, the Reservations Lead plays a vital role in delivering the world-class visitor experience expected at the Home of Golf.
