About the Role:





As Reservations Manager at Cairn Group, you'll be at the heart of the guest journey--often making the very first impression that leads to a memorable stay.



You'll lead the reservations team, managing all incoming enquiries and bookings across phone, email, and digital platforms. From individual stays to group bookings, you'll ensure every detail is captured accurately and shared across departments.



Collaborating closely with the Sales, ME, and Revenue teams, you'll work to maximise occupancy, ensure data accuracy, and meet monthly targets, while also nurturing strong relationships with loyal and repeat guests.



You'll also oversee system updates, inventory control, extranet and rate management, and support team training to ensure our service remains seamless and efficient.
