Job Summary

We are looking for a Reservations Specialist to join our friendly Serviced Apartments team in Bristol on a full-time basis.

Located in Central Bristol, we are passionate about all things property.
We are proud to offer high end accommodation for all types of guest and we are looking for a new team member to help assist with all aspects of the running of the serviced apartments.

The role will see you provide excellent customer service to all booking guests, whilst also helping to bring in new bookings to maximise occupancy across our properties.

You will be highly proficient in all aspects of reservations services, with an ability to think outside the box and at finding new ways to bring in new guests.

You will be a dab- hand at managing queries and must be able to work within a team and in return you'll get to work for an innovative company that is passionate about both it's staff and Bristol itself!

Your responsibilities:

Taking enquiries from guests on a day-to-day basis via telephone, email and in person in a professional and timely manner. Liaising with corporate clients and their guests. A passion for great customer service. Dealing with customer complaints and enquiries in an effective,timely and courteous manner. Cover out-of-hours phone on a predetermined rota-based system. Work closely with our in-house maintenance and housekeeping team to ensure all apartments are kept to the highest standards. General ad hoc office admin duties.

Requirements include:

Previous experience in hospitality Experience of working in a busy office environment Excellent communication and written skills Ability to work effectively and proactively as part of a team Have the initiative to resolve issues as they arise and able to prioritise your own workload. Strong computer skills,especially in Excel and Word Able to work full time hours over 5 days,including weekends and bank holidays,on a rota basis.
