Reservations Supervisor

, you'll lead the team that shapes our guests' first impressions, ensuring every enquiry becomes a memorable stay.

A little more about what you'll be doing:




As a natural communicator and organised leader, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Reservations Department, guiding your team to deliver excellence and achieve results. You'll:

Lead and inspire the Reservations team through coaching, training, and performance development. Maximise sales opportunities and drive revenue by collaborating closely with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams. Deliver seamless guest experiences from first enquiry to arrival, ensuring every detail exceeds expectations. Maintain accuracy and excellence across our systems (PM, CRS, fairmont.com & GDS), auditing regularly and resolving issues quickly. Support departmental goals, ensuring CES and LQA targets are met or exceeded. Manage resources effectively, keeping within budgets for payroll and supplies. Play an active leadership role, attending key meetings, driving communication across departments, and contributing to strategic decisions. Respond to guest and business feedback, adapting operations to continuously improve service.

Qualifications



We're seeking a confident, guest-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and leads by example. You'll bring:

Proven experience in a reservations or front office supervisory role, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort setting. Strong communication and coaching skills, with a passion for motivating teams. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Experience with property management systems (PM, CRS, IRIS, or similar). A warm, professional manner and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
