About the role

The Reservations Team Member will have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate and most importantly customer focused. Previous experience within the hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential should the right candidate come along.

The role is predominately telephone based. Working in the busy sales office at the hotel you will answer all incoming calls and assist customers with their enquiry. Hotel reservations is often the first point of contact for a guest. Therefore, first impressions are vital and you must convey a professional manner at all times. This role is best suited to an individual who is positive and confident with bags of personality.

Duties include but are not limited to, inputting reservations, administrative duties, email enquiries, reservation checks, Processing payments, cashiering duties, preparation of correspondence, dealing with third party websites and organisations and room allocation

The Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa is a great quality, forward thinking Hotel & Spa that has been in Bolton since 1964. We have 135 bedrooms, 4 function suites which cater for up to 450 people and 7 multi-functional conference rooms. We have a courtyard Restaurant and bar, a tea shop and a pub on site as well as a spa and gym.
