We are recruiting a Resettlement Support Officer at Caerphilly County Borough Council.Working hours: 37 Hours (7.24 Monday xe2x80x93 Friday)
Contract Type: Full Time/Fixed Term until 31-03-2026
Location: Home working / Working hours can be split between home and office depending on specific task requirements.This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Caerphilly and provide support across the wider Resettlement Team.We pay an attractive salary of xc2xa330,559 - xc2xa333,366 and offer access to training and development opportunities.The postholder will work within a busy resettlement team. The role has been created to provide administration and case management support to the programmes that support asylum seekers, refugees, and displaced people. You will help people to navigate the challenges of adapting to a new environment, access services and integrate into community life.The successful candidate will Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure a coordinated approach to resettlement.For the role, we ask that you have:

• A relevant Level 3 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
• Competency in IT skills and familiarity with a range of Microsoft packages, social media and creating easy use guides.
• Experience of administration.
• A full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business / work purposes to travel throughout the borough to attend meetings.
