As a

Resident Service Advisor

, no two days are the same -- you might be coordinating maintenance requests, welcoming new residents, or hosting a Friday Social, coffee mornings, or seasonal celebrations. Your energy, creativity, and attention to detail will help create a lively, vibrant community where residents love to live.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong resident relationships Planning and hosting engaging community events, from movie nights to pet socials and festive celebrations Managing maintenance requests and coordinating with contractors Handling parcels, bookings, and day-to-day building operations Ensuring Health & Safety compliance and monitoring building security Processing invoices and payments to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For
