About the Role




Based at The Point in Aberdeen, this part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and creating a welcoming, community-driven environment. You'll be part of the Resident Services Team, supporting the Senior Resident Services Associate in managing day-to-day operations across our award-winning Build to Rent development.


From greeting residents and assisting with move-ins to maintaining exceptional standards throughout the building, this role puts you at the heart of a vibrant, modern living community where no two days are the same.


Working Pattern




20 hours across 7 days, flexible shifts between 7am to 7pm (to be discussed at interview)


What You Will Do




Deliver first-class customer service to residents and visitors Handle enquiries and support with viewings, move-ins, and check-outs Maintain accurate records for inventories, inspections, and meter readings Log and follow up on maintenance issues and contractor access Manage keys, parking, and security to ensure smooth daily operations Support resident events and community engagement activities Keep communal areas and available apartments presented to the highest standards Collaborate with marketing to prepare videos and photography when required Uphold health, safety, and security standards at all times

What You Will Have




Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and booking systems Strong understanding of on-site health and safety requirements Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills A proactive, positive, and professional approach ARLA, TPI, or COSHH qualifications (desirable - training can be provided)
