Residential Care Practitioner

- Children's Residential Home

Location

: Caergwrle, Wrexham

Type

: Full-Time, a rota that promotes a healthy work life balance with 2 shifts on and 4 days off and rota'd sleep in duties.

Salary

: 25,615 up to 27,536 per annum, plus up to 3,089 for sleep in duties. With additional earning potential with paid overtime.

What you'll do:



You will be working within our family style care home, with a small team of Residential Care Practitioners, you will take the time to understand the individual life experience and story of each child, working in partnership with them, their parents or carers and placing authorities and offering pioneering and personalised support.

As a positive role model, you will work directly with our young people to provide care, support and ensure each young person is able to thrive. Although the role can be challenging at times, the work is hugely rewarding.

You will receive a warm welcome here at QEWC, which includes a supportive 4-week induction, where full training is provided.

We're looking for a Residential Care Practitioner who is:

Holds a valid full UK driving licence
