We are seeking to appoint experienced Children\'s Residential Care Workers (casual/bank staff) for our locally based children\xe2\x80\x99s care homes. These posts are to cover absences and holiday periods.

You will be committed to ensuring outstanding outcomes for our children in this challenging and rewarding role.

As a Residential Care Worker you will;

  • Hold a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Receive high quality supervision, with your own personal development plan to support your career and learning aspirations.
  • Have the opportunity to deliver quality services in partnership with stakeholders
  • Be working in an environment where you be supported in adopting an evidence-based approach to practice.
