Salary: 23,569 - 27,417 based on a 37-hour week
Highfield (North East) Ltd, trading as Halcyon, are looking for talented, dynamic and inspirational Residential Childcare Workers who will challenge, inspire, develop and motivate our young people to engage in school and activities to help them achieve the very best outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide direct care and support to children in a residential setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each child's needs.
Maintain open communication with children, families, and team members to foster a supportive environment.
Drive children to appointments and activities as required, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
Utilise IT skills to document progress and maintain accurate records.
Engage children in recreational and educational activities to promote their development.

You don't need experience of working with children, but we want you to be:
