You must -
Have a genuine passionate for providing quality care
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
A commitment to safeguarding, professionalism, and delivering care that puts the young person first
Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or are willing to work towards this
Have experience working with challenging behaviours and can manage de-escalations
Work collaboratively with care teams, contributing to care plans
