Residential Conveyancer Harwich
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced conveyancer to join our office.
Duties will include:
Handling residential conveyancing files from start to finish
Working closely with senior fee earners
Adhere to external risk management, quality and compliance requirements
Welcome clients in person and by phone and with a friendly professional attitude
Prepare Land Registry documents and carry out searches
Experience using case management systems
Assist in answering the telephone
Liaise and build local relationships
Hit the ground running
Ability to multitask
Ability to work alone and in a team
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have:-
MUST HAVE experience in working alone on files from start to finish
A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Be able to thrive under pressure and multitask
Must be able to prioritise their work load
The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and local agents
A friendly and professional manner at all times with a can do attitude
Experience using case management systems
The ability to think outside the box
Work remotely will be considered for the right applicant
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From 27,500.00 per year
