Responsibilities
Manage the conveyancing process for residential property transactions, including sales and purchases.
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds.
Conduct searches and due diligence to ensure all legal requirements are met.
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process.
Confidently use case management systems and related IT tools to manage files efficiently and maintain accurate records throughout the conveyancing process.
Organise workloads efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in conveyancing is preferred.
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software systems.
Exceptional time management abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
A commitment to providing outstanding client service throughout the conveyancing process.
