This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Manager to take full operational control, with an excellent On-Target-Earning potential of 57,000 for a leader who can drive quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational leadership and daily management of the home, ensuring compliance with all CQCregulations and standards.
Provide strong, visible leadership and direction to the entire team, including clinical staff, care home nurses*, and care assistants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Be the clinical lead, ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of person-centred elderly careand safeguarding all residents.
Manage the home's budget, resources, and occupancy levels to achieve financial and performance KPIs*.
Recruit, mentor, and develop your team, promoting best practices in clinical care and healthcaremanagement.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with residents, their families, healthcareprofessionals, and local authorities.
Ensure the home is always inspection-ready and prepared for CQCvisits.
What We Are Looking For (Essential Requirements):
Proven experience as a Home Manager, Deputy Manager, or Clinical Lead within a UK care home or nursing homesetting.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulationsand a proven track record of working to achieve high ratings.
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care(or equivalent) is highly preferred, or a willingness to work towards it immediately.
Registered Manager status with the CQC is a significant advantage*, or you must be willing to undergo the process.
A background as a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN) with a valid NMC PINis highly desirable.
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance KPIs*.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
