We are a well-established residential home in Nottingham seeking a dedicated Home Manager to provide operational and strategic leadership. This is a non-clinical role, perfect for a proven manager with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full operational leadership and management of the residential home*, ensuring CQC compliance and outstanding service delivery.

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care staff to provide exceptional, person-centred elderly care*.

Manage the home's budget, resources, and occupancy levels to ensure financial sustainability.
Act as the registered manager with the CQC*, building positive relationships with residents, families, and local authorities.

Ensure all care practices meet regulatory requirements and the highest standards of quality and safety.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of all staff.
Champion the well-being, dignity, and independence of every resident.
What We Are Looking For (Essential Requirements):

Essential: A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent RMA/NVQ Level 5*).

Essential: Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Home Manager within a UK residential or care homesetting.
A strong, demonstrable understanding of CQCregulations and standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Proven experience in business management, including budgeting and financial control.
A compassionate and driven individual with a commitment to providing high-quality elderly care*.
