Your Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to move-in. Conduct accompanied viewings, negotiate contracts, and liaise between landlords and tenants, as well as accommodating the related administrative aspects. Build rapport with landlords and prospective tenants, proactively growing and retaining our client base. Complete accurate inventory schedules and condition reports, support routine property visits, along with end of occupation property inspections. Collaborate with your branch team to exceed targets and uphold Dawsons' high standards.
What You'll Bring:

Preferably at least 1 years' experience in lettings, property, or customer service. Full driving licence (essential). Excellent organisation, communication, and time-management skills. A proactive, enthusiastic, and target-driven approach. Confidence working both independently and as part of a team. Competence with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
