OpenArch is looking for a talented and motivated

Residential Manager

to join our busy Residential department on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a senior leadership role within a thriving part of our business, working closely with the Executive Director to drive performance, exceed targets, and shape the future of our residential services.

What does the role involve?



As a Residential Manager, you will:

Lead, manage, and inspire a team of Property Managers, empowering them to manage their own portfolios. You will manage a small portfolio of company lets, ensuring renewals and rent reviews are actioned on time. Conduct regular 1:1 appraisals with your team. Oversee the successful letting and management of a diverse residential and student property portfolio. Ensure your team delivers excellent service, maintaining our high standards and fostering positive tenant relationships. Contribute to the growth and development of your team, helping them achieve their potential.

What are we looking for?



Proven management experience, ideally within the property sector. Experience in Property Management and/or Property Negotiation is highly desirable. A confident, proactive, and independent approach with strong leadership skills. Excellent numeracy, literacy, and organisational skills. A passion for people, property, and delivering outstanding results.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 39,000.00-41,000.00 per year
