You'll be responsible for daily canvassing, following up on leads, and negotiating successful lets. This position offers fantastic potential for high earnings through commission and performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Canvass daily to generate new landlord and tenant leads
Handle property viewings and negotiations between landlords and tenants
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Manage listings and ensure properties are marketed effectively
Follow up with leads promptly and convert enquiries into lets
Maintain accurate records using internal systems
Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve targets
Requirements:
Confident, outgoing, and highly motivated
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong sales mindset with a proactive attitude
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues
Well-organised and able to manage multiple leads
Must have own car and valid driving licence (preferred)
Previous experience in lettings or sales is an advantage, but
training can be provided for the right candidate
