We are looking for a proactive individual to join Talbots Law as a Paralegal within our Private Residential Property Team in Edgbaston.

As a Paralegal, you will be assisting our Lawyers on a broad variety of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion.

What the job involves:



Assist lawyers in the conduct and management of standard conveyancing transactions such as sales and purchases of leasehold and freeholds, registered titles and unregistered titles, re-mortgages, plot purchases, transfers of equity, part-exchange work and shared ownership. Proactively deal with a wide range of queries through all methods of communication, supporting colleagues within the department as well as liaising with existing and new clients. Ensure compliance with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality Scheme standards, SARs and accounting requirements.

What you need:



A working competency of residential conveyancing. Be passionate about giving outstanding client care to both clients and refers. Excellent administrative, planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines, understanding the importance of working to strict time scales.

Pay: From 24,043.09 per year
