Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Didcot - Office based
Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 (DOE) + Performance-Based Bonus
Hours: Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
A respected and long-established Oxfordshire law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its thriving team in Didcot. This is a full-time, office-based position offering a supportive, professional environment with excellent in-house resources and opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients in residential property matters, delivering clear and comprehensive legal advice.
Manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, ensuring all documentation is correctly drafted and filed.
Maintain compliance with internal procedures, professional standards, and relevant legislation.
Liaise effectively with clients, third parties, and solicitors to move transactions forward efficiently.
Ensure paper and electronic files are accurate and up to date in line with case management protocols.
Contribute to department billing targets and actively monitor costs and cash flow.
Take part in client development and networking activities to help grow the firm's profile and client base.
Uphold a positive, proactive attitude and collaborate closely with the team and management.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor OR Legal Executive (CILEX)
Ideally 6+ years PQE in residential conveyancing (flexible for the right candidate).
Proven track record in managing a broad range of residential property transactions.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
A client-focused, organised, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Competent in using case management systems and upholding compliance standards.
