Our client is looking to appoint a driven, dedicated, and commercially aware solicitor to play a key role within their Residential Property team, supporting a diverse client caseload.

Residential Property Solicitor Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchase, transfer of equity, shared ownership, remortgage, auction, right to buy, off plan/new build. Drafting, reviewing associated legal documentation Conducting property due diligence, title reviews and searches, and preparing reports on findings Liaising directly with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transaction progression Overseeing post-completion formalities including registrations, SDLT submissions, and file management Ensuring all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and professional compliance requirements are fully met

Required Skills & Experience for Residential Property Law



Qualified solicitor with demonstrable experience in residential property law Solid understanding of current legislation and practice Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Strong client care focus, with excellent relationship building skills Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organisational skills Confident communicator, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice software Ability to work collaboratively as part of a busy team and independently
