RecQuest are partnering with a highly regarded law firm, renowned for its commitment to client care and professional excellence. They are now seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their well-established Property team in Dorchester or Bridport.This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong background in residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You will work closely with clients to ensure smooth property transactions while receiving full support from a collaborative team.

The Role:

Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, and equity transfers. Provide clear, practical, and proactive legal advice to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Work independently with minimal supervision while benefiting from the support of a knowledgeable team.

About you:

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive Passionate about providing excellent client care in property transactions. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently Excellent communication skills to liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, and external parties such as estate agents and lenders. IT proficient, with experience using Outlook, Word, and case management systems. A proactive team player with a flexible, "can do" approach and the confidence to work independently
