We are a well-established law firm with a reputation for providing high-quality legal services. Our Residential Property team is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancer to join us. You will play a vital role in assisting clients with the purchase and sale of residential properties, providing expert legal advice and ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:



Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions.

Providing clear and professional legal advice to clients, ensuring they are informed at every stage of the process.

Conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing contracts, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and other professionals.

Reviewing title deeds, searches, and mortgage documentation, and advising clients on any potential risks or issues.

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures to ensure smooth and timely transactions.

Managing client expectations and delivering excellent customer service throughout the process.

Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.

Key Skills and Experience:



Qualified Solicitor, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years experience in residential conveyancing.

Strong knowledge of property law, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and understandable way.

Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines while providing excellent client care.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

A team player who is also able to work independently and take initiative.
