The Role
We are looking for an experienced Residential Sales Negotiator to join our Baldock office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, customer-focused team. You'll play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and delivering excellent service. Full UK Driving Licence required.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients and applicants professionally
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Generate and negotiate offers
Manage instructions and applicant databases
Progress sales from offer to completion
Secure new business opportunities
Market properties across multiple platforms
Promote the full range of Satchells services
Carry out general office administration
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in residential sales (or strong track record in a similar sales role)
Good knowledge of the property selling process
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Effective communicator with good listening skills
Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
Comfortable working as part of a team
IT-literate with strong administrative ability
Understanding of compliance requirements
