About the Role



We are looking for a driven and personable individual to join our successful Residential Sales Department in Launceston. This is a full-time opportunity to become part of one of the area's most respected estate agencies, delivering first-class customer service and playing a key role in the sales process from start to finish.

What We're Looking For



The ideal candidate will be:

Confident, articulate, and professional in appearance and manner Experienced in sales (essential); estate agency experience is a strong advantage Technically proficient with computer systems and office software A strong communicator and team player Passionate about delivering excellent customer care A holder of a full UK driving licence and in possession of their own vehicle

Key Responsibilities



Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times Deliver outstanding customer service to build long-lasting client relationships Collaborate closely with colleagues, keeping them informed on negotiation progress Produce accurate and engaging sales particulars, including property photography and measurements Conduct applicant interviews to establish their needs and preferences Proactively match applicants to suitable properties and conduct viewings Negotiate effectively with potential buyers while safeguarding vendor interests Maintain confidentiality and detailed, accurate records of all communications and offers Keep vendors regularly updated on marketing efforts and sales progression Manage the sales process from offer to exchange and completion, ensuring smooth transactions

Working Hours



Monday to Friday: 8:45am - 5:30pm Every other Saturday with a day in Lieu : 9:00am to 4pm

Requirements



Sales experience

: Minimum 1 year (required)

Estate agency experience

: Preferred

Driving Licence

: Full clean UK licence (required)

Location

: Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Launceston prior to starting
