We are looking for a driven and personable Negotiator to join our busy team to provide excellent customer service, dedicated to promoting and selling property to clients and maintaining good lines of communication. The successful applicant will be working within a professional team who has a genuine passion for the industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. We will consider an experienced professional with a proven track record; knowledge of the local area would be a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities
Liaising with potential clients about their property, maintaining good lines of communication.
Arranging and conducting viewing appointments.
Servicing a database of potential clients on a regular basis. Maintaining regular contact with clients.
Looking for potential new opportunities for the business.
Conducting market appraisals in our client's homes, providing accurate valuations and winning the instructions in agreement of success rate outlined.

This role is Monday-Friday and every other Saturday. Where a Saturday is worked, a weekday will be given off in lieu.
