PART TIME RESIDENTIAL SALES NEGOTIATOR

We offer a range of professional services through the South and West Yorkshire regions. We are a small, friendly and busy team with an existing and growing client base

We are seeking to appoint a part-time Sales Negotiator to join our busy Residential Sales team.

The role primarily includes arranging valuations and property viewings on behalf of our two Valuers, negotiating sales and actively managing sales progressions, including keeping clients advised at all times. It will also incorporate undertaking mandatory money laundering checks and daily updating of the residential management computer programme.

General office duties and assisting the residential lettings department on an ad hoc basis will also be required.

The role is part time with the hours to be agreed. This is a customer facing role so candidates will need excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner. They will also need the ability to work individually as well as part of the team.
