Entry Level Role - Residential Worker

28,251.06 per annum (43 hours per week, week days and weekends, rota basis, day, night, sleep-in shifts)

You will be required to undertake sleep-in shifts paid at an additional 50 per sleep-in.

Headlands School Residential Homes, Penarth

Although we do not require specific qualifications, this is a great opportunity for a social science/ social care graduate.

We are Action for Children Headlands Residential School and Children's Homes, providing education and 52 week care to young people with complex needs.

As a residential support worker you will look after the physical and social well-being of the young people in the residential homes.

We provide exciting and sustainable activities in-house and within the community, which allows our young people to explore and achieve.

The rotas run on a shift pattern, including sleep ins per week.
