Young people stay with us for 6 to 9 months, during which theyre supported to move forward--whether thats into independence, long-term care, or back to their families.

Our young people need care 24/7, so youll work flexible shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.



Youll average 37 hours per week, with shifts between 7:00am and 11:00pm.





WHAT WILL I NEED?





Our Residential Workers are required to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Child Care (or equivalent) so if you have not already got it, we will support you to achieve it within the first 18 months in the role.

If successful, you will be required to apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.





INTERVIEWS





Interviews will be held on 30th October 2025.
