Job Description

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting learning for an exciting opportunity to be part of the Centre for Open Learning's Resource Centre providing facilities for learners.



This post is in-person at the Resource Centre, Centre for Open Learning, Holyrood Campus, Edinburgh.



The post is at Grade UE03: 23,742 - 25,804 per annum pro-rata.



Guaranteed Hours: 6 hours per week, split into two 3-hour shifts per person



Fixed-term: Student Experience (for the duration of studies)



Vacancies available: 5



The position is being advertised internally and only open to University of Edinburgh students.



Your skills and attributes for success:



Passionate about the student experience. Current UG/PG student at the University of Edinburgh and residing in the UK. Represent the University with integrity, professionalism and enthusiasm. Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing and in-person. Awareness of equality and diversity. An ability to work in a team as well as independently. Reliable with excellent time-management and organisational skills.
