The role



Our London office is seeking an ambitious individual to join our Resourcing Team to provide a professional, flexible and high standard of resourcing support to our London Audit teams, working closely with and reporting to the Resource Management Lead.



The responsibilities of the role include (but is not limited to):



Supporting the Resource Lead in assigning team members to projects and tenders based on skillsets and availability. Ensuring the right resources are booked to jobs keeping in mind experiences, promotions, grade changes etc. Constantly checking in with managers to ensure jobs are running on time and taking appropriate action if not. Day to day management and updating of the staff planner (Retain Cloud) & coordinating with other audit teams from other departments. Forecasting resource demand and formulating an action plan Managing skills & experience database Reviewing budgets against planned bookings and addressing any discrepancies. Tracking team utilisation metrics to ensure efficiency and flag potential under/over-allocation. Chasing missing timesheets and reviewing postings. Building familiarity with Power BI to expand our use of dashboards and interpretation of data insights

The Resource Coordinator will support across our Large Business, Mid-Market/Not For Profit and Film, TV & Video Games teams Audit teams. Which consists of approximately 200 staff and Partners.



You



We are looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience:


Knowledge of Audit services from a professional services background, preferred but not essential. Hard working, show initiative and be self-motivated, with the ability to organise and manage their own workload within a busy, fast paced environment. Time management is key for this role and being able to prioritise tasks, which will constantly change. Should be flexible in approach to working overtime when required. A flexible, professional approach and have the confidence and ability to communicate effectively. A natural team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and an excellent eye for details. Strong capability and desire to build trusted relationships and a collegiate working style with the audit team and the wider firm. Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise conflicting deadlines and achieve business objectives. Effective user of Microsoft software and takes responsibility for undertaking any training required to improve relevant skills to meet the needs of the business. Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. Proactive approach and enthusiasm to working independently and as part of a team. Good English language and grammar skills. Good level of numeracy. Administration experience in a corporate environment essential, experience of professional services is desirable.

A 35 hour working week with a hybrid working policy with the flexibility to work from home for up to three days per week (our core hours are 10-4) Paid overtime or time off in lieu. 25 days annual leave. After 5 years' service, the entitlement will be increased by 1 day. In addition, employees are entitled to buy or sell up to 5 days holiday a year Contributory pension scheme (The firm will contribute 5% of salary on a matched basis with employee from their date of joining) Life assurance cover of 4 x annual salary, Working from home allowance of 25 a month. Eligibility for the firm's Profit-Sharing Plan that runs from October to September each year. The scheme enables staff to share in the profits of the firm. Payment is usually c1,000. Paid in December. New client referral scheme. Members of staff introducing a new client to the firm, have the potential to receive a referral payment of up to 10% of the first year's total fees.
